Che Guevara's buddy, Alberto Granado, passes away
Alberto Granado, long-time friend of Ernesto “Che” Guevara, passed away in Havana, Cuba this past Saturday. Granado is best-known for being Guevara’s travel buddy throughout the famous trip through Latin America documented as the “Motorcycle Diaries”. Dr. Granado had been living in Cuba since 1961 and was teaching biochemistry at Havana University.
