In Philadelphia there’s a whole other story going on with festivals. What used to be cllaed the Puerto Rican Festival is now being changed to the Latino Arts & Culture Festival. It may not sound like a big deal, but to the Puerto Rican community in Philadelphia that has lived here for years it is. The festival actually consists of several events including: Hispanic Fiesta, Seniors Luncheon and the annual Puerto Rican Day Parade.a0
