My heart seeks to whisper
Your name
Lying next to you
Heart pounding
Sharing the thrill
At the warmth
Of your breath
Hovering
Over my yearning breasts
Where I grab onto you and see
Your nose
Smelling
the sweat
Of my longing
Filtering my fear
Of
You
Reaching out
To steal my soul
When I hand you the wounded
Heart that breathes through the miles
And across the seas
Pulsating in solidarity
Side by side to you
Leaving behind the trails of my pain
