Last week, our friends at the non-partisan organization, Voto Latino, launched a new campaign to get young people to vote. Teaming with iTunes, they are
offering more than 30 free music downloads to those who sign up to receive information on voter registration and other key issues throughout 2012.
To receive the free downloads, users must open their iTunes application and visit the Voto Latino Facebook page.
Some compilation’s featured artists are Pitbull, Kat Deluna, Mariachis El Bronx, and Beatriz Luengo, with music genres that include Regional Mexican, rock/alternative, hip-hop, Brazilian and Christian music.
Voto Latino has helped to register more than 120,000 people to vote.

Here is basic voter education: NEVER vote for a Republican or ANY policy that he or she stands for. Period.
Well at least Pitbull isn’t going to vote for Obama. As long as it’s not will give you free iTunes if you register only Democratic, then if it’s done in a non partisan manner I see it as OK, though many Latinos think Obama is some kind of savior for them.
He’s no savior, but compared to the clowns stumbling over each other for the republican nomination, it sure seems so.
What a wonderful thing!!!
