Friday Night cocktails

Pisco is a strong, colorless grape brandy produced in Peru and Chile and both countries’ though consumption of pisco per capita in Chile is around 20 times bigger than in Peru. It was developed by Spanish settlers in the 16th century as a cheaper alternative to orujo, a pomace brandy that was being imported from Spain.

·        3  oz Pisco

·        2  oz Dark Creme de Cacao

·        1  oz Triple Sec
Shake all ingredients with cracked ice and strain into a sugar rimmed cocktail glass.
