Mostly As:
Fitness Flower: Go out and enjoy the gym/fitness studio/ yoga studio/ hiking meetup and all other forms of social exercise. You are a person who appreciates exercising with or around other people. You enjoy learning new exercise methods and you exercise because you love it and not because you “have” to. You believe what you wear to workout is important and thus investing in workout clothes feels like a natural activity. Furthermore, exercise is a part of your overall wellness and a source of energy and relaxation and most likely also a source of social activity and connection
Mostly Bs
Living Room Lunger: Get your favorite exercise DVD and stay in to exercise. You are a private fitness type who wants to stay healthy because you know it’s the right thing to do. You enjoy some types of exercise, not all. Your main motivation to exercise is burning calories and body fat to keep your body healthy without the need or desire to try the latest fitness fad. You are practical and busy and want to keep your workout time to a minimum while still getting the results you want. You are committed to exercise as a means to staying healthy and want to get it done and move on to doing the other tasks in your to do list.
Remember, this quiz is not intended to help you rationalize your exercising clothing shopping addiction or quarantine you to your living room. It is intended to help you realize fitness habits come in as many variations as there are people. Find what works for your unique lifestyle, it might even be a combination of gym and home workouts. Don’t use lack of time or energy or work as an excuse to neglect your health. It is your responsibility to take charge and find what works for you. Sounds harsh? You’ll thank me later.

Love this great for mamas & kiddos
No one goes to the gym to work out…they go to look good….people who need & want to work out because they actually have a problem have nothing that allows for our imperfections to be normal. Either you are not to right size or have the right gym-wear or you don’t know who to use the equipment?? Yes nothing in the gyms today promote for anyone to actually go.
I lift… The tacos and chelas to my mouth.
Por eso toy Como toy. Lol
walking for a hr. or more…
Fitness Flower! I attend kickboxing and once I’m capable healthwise I will be transferring to MMA.
Mondongo with a side of Arroz blanco…and a “Diet Coke” !!
Most folks I know who bought home exercise equipment end up setting it aside by month 5 or so because of all the distractions. Going to a gym takes some discipline and travel, and yes $$$ but it allows one to fully immerse in a workout. So rather than buy yet another piece of equipment from yet another infomercial (hows that Soloflex working for you?) take a test drive at a local gym and commit to going at least twice a week. It’ll pay off.
yoga..;)
i prefer my home… but it’s nice to take a class once in a while for motivation. i detest the gym.. and all the germs and sweat of other people!
I prefer home. I have a recumbent bike set up outside. Love to feel the breeze…love being outside!
Love my morning walk @ park
Staying in and workingout to TurboFire
Staying home to work out with my hubby or going outside in the fresh air. Gyms are not my thing.
