One-moment meditation [video]

Life can sometimes be hectic or overwhelming as we dedicate our time to taking on daily tasks: working, paying bills, taking care of family and friends. Taking care of yourself is important, so that you can accomplish everyday tasks successfully. This can mean eating healthy, exercising, doing activities that you enjoy doing, and even meditation. Meditation can help to calm and slow your mind and help you find your center again.

I don’t have any time to meditate or it’s too noisy for me to meditate, you might say. But, all you need is a moment for this meditation technique presented in the video below.

Guys you might also want to look into Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) it’s easy to learn and do and it can really help.
