Sexual foreplay: Got wood?

Foreplay can be some of the most exciting and fun parts of having sex. If you don’t know what to do, both you and your lady could be missing out on terrific sex. Great Lovers are great at foreplay.

Young men usually know little about sex, usually only what they’ve picked up from movies. Even if they watch porn they get even less information about sex foreplay. So, we’re going to discuss foreplay. Here is the Number One recommendation for foreplay.

This is not a race. Something as pleasurable to all the senses as sex should be savored. You can make sex last for a long time if you’ll concentrate on foreplay. You can help your lady to achieve orgasm a couple of times before you actually bring your own moisture-seeking missile into action.

Kissing is Kool. Keep your lips relaxed and your jaw also relaxed. Part your lips just a tiny bit. Kiss her deeply and long. Breathe through your nose, don’t pant like a dog. Ask her if she likes French kissing before you jamb your tongue in her mouth. If she doesn’t like it, and you do it, it can be a buzz kill.

Undress each other. Whether standing, seated or lying down, undressing each other is fun. We guys are much more visually stimulated than women, so it’s double fun for us. Compliment what you see! Tell her how lovely she is. And remember that exposing more skin means more places to fondle and kiss.

Kiss her all over her body. Light kisses and tongue licks can send chills down her spine and make her very excited. The neck just under her ear is sensitive. So is the inside of her thigh near her pubic area. And of course, as long as you’re near the Garden of Earthly Delights…you might consider making a visit.

Use your hands and fingers, mouth and tongue. Gentle stimulation of her nipples can really move things along. You can use your mouth and tongue on the nipples as well as the palm of your hand and your fingers. Make sure that your movements are gentle but firm. Some ladies are ticklish to very light touches and don’t want to be tickled during sex. But you’ll find out soon enough.

Communicate what you like. Don’t just lie there quietly. But you don’t have to moan like your dying either. Make some sounds that tell her what she’s doing to you is pleasing you.

Experiment. That means that it’s best if you and your lady talk about having sex before having sex. There are nearly innumerable ways to pleasure each other. Why not try as many as you can? Surely, you’ll find a few ways that become favorites.

Speaking of ways to pleasure each other…

The Kama Sutra is a book all about sex. You should own a copy and study it with your lady. Those people in India really love making love.

Written almost 2,000 years ago, the Kama Sutra deals with all aspects of sexual life, including the principles and techniques of sexual pleasure and how to best to achieve ecstatic expression of life’s beauty. This is the first complete translation to illustrate all 64 sexual postures described in the Kama Sutra, and includes 250 rare images. The book was composed by one of the world’s foremost scholars of the Kama Sutra and Indian art.

Here’s your final tip: Try foreplay without intercourse. See how much fun you can have in foreplay without doing the deed.
