Celebrating New Years Eve A Lo Grande

It’s time to parrrrrrrrrtay!

Every year, New Years Eve brings a time for reflecting on the previous year’s accomplishments while challenging and allowing us to start afresh with new resolutions and goals – What’s not to celebrate?

To me, a celebration means enjoying your time, creating new memories and most importantly, actually remembering them. Celebration should never equate to excessive behavior in any capacity especially when it comes to drinking.

So what am I going to do? The same thing I did last year but as usual, in moderation.  I’m going to eat and hydrate in between drinks and plan my ride ahead of time.  This year, I’m making sure I either have a designated driver or cab ride to take me home.

This year, I’m also skipping the champagne and toast the New Year instead with some whiskey on the rocks.
