Nicolle was born in Philadelphia, raised in England and Germany, and lived in Madrid, Spain for a year in college. She has a B.A. in Journalism from Drexel University.

  3. Jessabelle, I would love to see what you would have sent in. What was it?

    My entry was Nachos Libres made with a homemade cheese sauce and then each person can stack extras (choice of meat, mild or hot salsa, etc.) to their own taste.

    I got hungry looking at this week’s edition of Sin Palabras!

    I’m curious about what cities three of the entries were from.
